Please don’t do that to your lovely teacups! It even bothers me when people even stack a couple to display. I really do enjoy seeing pictures of your teacups and I spotted at least one that I have as well (the Russian one stacked about 4th). Paragon is one of my favorite to collect. How do you display your collection?

There is also a ton of feathers on amazon for cheap. I’ve had a few feathers put in at salons, first time was a very good experience and it was expensive ($25 for 2) and they didn’t use a silicone bead which damaged my hair and only lasted a month. My second one which I just took out was in for 2 and a half months and is still good but I had combed it and screwed up to the hair so I’ll redo it when my beads come in. My suggestion is always DIY cuz it’s like a 10th of the price. I got 200 Silicone beads for 3.99 and if you look enough you can get feathers for about a dollar a piece.

I’ve been knitting since my grandmother came to america and all i could do were cast ons. 6 years ago, my friends and I learned how to knit during our free period in high school and from that, the entire school went knitting crazy! (i went to a small, all-girls school) I really wanted to knit a hat for my pen pal in portugal! I don’t know how cold it gets there but I planned on knitting him a scarf but a matching hat wouldn’t hurt 🙂

I’ve only been knitting for a year i also know how to crochet but i taught myself how to knit and crochet reading books.
I would probably make the hat for myself since im moving in the dorms at my college in two months and its freezing where my college is, so you can never have to many hats!

Hi I’m Rachael. I’ve been knitting off and on for about four years now but I love to knit and even though I’m not the best knitter, I really hope this hat comes out well.
I would make this hat for my friend who loves wearing knitted hats. She has been going through some hard times after her mother was diagnosed breast cancer so I’m really hoping this hat makes her smile just a little
